Coca Cola sued Riham Cola bottle trademark dispute

The world biggest soft drink manufacture company, Coca-Cola has sued Riham claiming that the bottle shape and color is similar to its own, Daily Monitor updated.

Coca-Cola’s hobby skirt shape and red color bottle is already popular all over the world. They claimed that Riham’s soft drink packaging, brand color and the content color is confusingly similar to Coca-Cola’s.

After Coca-Cola’s filing, Riham cola stated "Even a blind person can tell our soda from Coca Cola's", sunrise.ug added.
