Goodreads, a social catalogue database of
books for books lovers, is facing photo infringement by a management agency BWP
Media. The photo was uploaded by a Goodreads site user.
According The Digital Reader, it was a photo of Dalton Rappatoni, a
member of IM5, and it was posted to a GR group by a fan of the band.
BWP Media is seeking $150,000 in damages and
The Digital Reader didn’t receive any comments from Goodreads yet.
