Nike was sued for patent infringement by SportBrain,
a fitness technology company, thenextweb.com reported. SportBrain alleged that Nike has violated their technology to capture the personal information such as how much calories burned or walking and running record. The patent number is 7,454,002, and named
“Integrating personal data capturing functionality into a portable computing
device and a wireless communication device”.
