Preferred Fragrance Inc has been sued by
Prada. This fragrance company introduced ‘Party Candy’ in 2011 and Prada accused
that its product name violated Prada’s ‘Prada Candy’ copyright.
According to Huffington Post, the packages
are also resembled. Both of packages has an illustration of a girl on pink
color box and Prada sells its products for $82, and Preferred fragrance is only
$3.99 online.
