Korea Dram 'Iris' has won its plagiarism controversy

 Drama 'Iris' Production Company has won its plagiarism lawsuit.

 The Seoul Court said that they dismissed the application for a provisional disposition over the copyright infringement. The justice department explained that it’s difficult to see the infringement when we consider the specific circumstances and background.

 “the point that Lee claimed to be a copyright infringement is belonged to an abstract idea that is not protected by the copyright law, when it comes to the typical representation under north-south divided situation.", they added.

'Iris' is one of popular Korean TV drama series in 2009, starring Lee Byung-hun, Kim Tae-hee, Jung Joon-ho, Kim Seung-woo, Kim So-yeon and T.O.P of Big Bang.
