Ben & Jerry's and Porn maker's trademark settlement

Ben & Jerry’s and adult film producer has settled its trademark dispute, LA Times reported. The famous ice cream company sued the film maker, Caballero Video, in September 2012. Caballero Video has agreed to not sell their products with 10 titles which is inspired from Ben & Jerry’s trademark ice cream flavors. 

Ben & Jerry’s flavor names are "Banana Split," "Cherry Garcia" and "Everything But the..." and etc. These names were used Caballero’s film titles and he also used the cloud and cow images which are represented the ice cream company.
