It seems Apple will add ‘Galaxy S4’ to its
patent lawsuit against Samsung, according to Apple Insider. It reported that Apple
extended ‘Galaxy S4’ to its patent fight list with Samsung for its patented design.
To add Galaxy S4, Apple needs to remove one
of the 22 other Samsung devices on the list. It has been ordered by the court
to limit the number of patent claims and infringing devices in the forthcoming
trial, Apple Insider added.
These are Apple’s current list of
