Kyocera sue Kodak for image technology patent infringement

Eastman Kodak was sued by Japanese company Kyocera for patent infringing with its printers and digital cameras, Bloomberg reported. Marketwatch.com also wrote that Kyocera claimed Kodak's printers and digital cameras infringe 15 patents which owned by Kyocera. Kyocera claimed Kodak began to make and sell digital cameras and printers with Kyocera’s image technology after Kodak filed bankruptcy protection. Kodak filed bankruptcy protection in January 2012.

According to Marketwatch, Kodak spokesman Mihael Veronda said that the company is declining to any comment about this suit.
