The US famous rapper Ludacris has filed a lawsuit in defence of his record label ‘Disturbing Tha Peace’ against a similar named audio/visual company.

Allhiphop.com reported last October that Demetri Brown and Donna Evans-Brown filed the lawsuit against Ludacris and Disturbing Tha Peace Entertainment in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas. They also told that they have been using the name “Disturb The Peace” in commerce since 1988. More information here

But Ludicris said he has owned the trademark for ‘Disturbing Tha Peace’ since 2003, and it was also used as title of his album in 2005, TMZ.com wrote. He also wanted the judge to force the Browns to stop using the trademark, also he is suing them for reputation damages and attorney's fee.
