Tesla filed ‘Teslaquila’ trademark

Last month, Tesla filed a trademark called ‘Teslaquila’.
This trademark, including the Tesla logo, contains Tesla's tequila. Elon Musk posted on his Twitter that the “Teslaquila” will be in use in the future and uploaded the sample photos similar to the actual product.

Tequila manufacturers are opposed to Tesla's tequila production.
Mexico's Tequila Regulatory Committee said that Teslaquila reminds of Tequila, and in order to sell Tequila, it has to be in line with a certified Tequila manufacturer, comply with certain standards, and be licensed by the Mexican Industrial Property Association. If not, they insisted that Tesla used the tequila name unauthorized. The Regulatory Committee is strictly monitoring tequila manufacturers to follow the rules of origin, and according to the rules, the name Tequila can only be made in Mexico.

Will it be a real product?
A media source in the United States says, Tesla doesn’t seem to have plans to manufacture and sell tequila right now. Also, it showed somewhat negative reaction that the brand would be effective only if the product was produced.
In fact, this is not the first time Elon Musk's eccentric behaviors. He established the Boring Company to drill high-speed tunnels, and this company sold an flame thrower with an unfamiliar use. This unfamilar product was sold-out because many consumers were so curious and interested in this product.
If Teslaquila is manufactured and sold, it is expected to be a hot topic for many people.

Tesla has recorded only deficit in uncertain ideas. Elon Musk has brought many topics with unique ideas. But in fact Tesla has never recorded a surplus for 15 years since it’s founded. We’re going to have to wait and see if it’ll be in process for a real business or just a cheat to draw the attention from investors.
