Burberry’s tartan pattern copyright has
been revoked in China, Time.com reported.
According to the article, China’s national
trademark office reported that it revoked the copyright on Burberry’s tan,
black and red tartan after a long battle with a Chinese company.
The Trademark Office said that the
copyright expired because Burberry had not used the pattern in China for over
three years. Burberry spokesperson said the company will appeal the decision.
