The Turtles claims $100m to be 'Happy Together'



The Turtles, one of famous US rock band and best-known for their most popular song ‘Happy Together', filed a copyright infringement suit against SiriusXM, Wall Street Journal updated. The band is claiming that the satellite broadcaster played the song ‘Happy together’ without permission.  

This is not the first copyright lawsuit for them. In 1971, they sued their record label for accounting irregularities, Last year, they had lawsuits against De La Soul and record pirates for using their voices in commercials without permission.
