JustFab has filed a trademark lawsuit against fab.com, Tech Crunch reported. JustFab claimed that fab.com’s name is “confusingly similar” to its name.

JustFab is one of popular online fashion retailer and founded in 2010. They said they need to protect their brand for both themselves and their members. JustFab has been using ‘fab’ word for their fashion brands. They bought Fab Kids and Fab Shoes.

Fab.com told TechCrunch that it will fight the lawsuit. And Fab.com added that they will "aggressively defend our brand, products, and services offered to our customers worldwide." Fab.com had trademark infringement dispute against Touch of Modern and it’s been settled.
