Christian Louboutin has filed a trademark
infringement suit against Alba Footwear and others.
According to Bloomberg, Louboutin
sued California-based company Alba over red shoe soles. Louboutin claims more than $2 million in
damages, attorney fees and litigation costs. It accused Alba of importing red-soled
shoes which is trademarked by Louboutin.
