One of famous rapper, Kanye West is facing a lawsuit for copying lyrics in his ‘Gold digger’ song. According to TMZ, in the beginning of the song "Gold Digger" by Kanye West, there is a line “Get down, girl, go 'head, get down," which David Pryor claims that it is his voice echoing in the background part "get down."
David Pryor, a member of the band Thunder
& Lightning from 1970s, wrote and sang "Bumpin' Bus Stop" with
his band. Two of his children, Trena Steward and Lorenzo Pryor, sued Kanye and
they are seeking damages.
