Samsung and Apple patent lawsuits are
ongoing in 10 nations, and it seems that they still have lots of patent lawsuits to be
continued.
They have been accusing each other of using same
designs and mobile technologies, and it seems not easy to be settled soon.
Recently HTC announced that Apple and HTC had settled to
end all legal actions and signed a 10-year licensing agreement. People in this industry keep their eyes on other company's actions after HTC's decision.
Despite the latest HTC’s decision, Samsung announced
that they had no plan to settle its ongoing patent suits with Apple. JK Shin, the head of Samsung mobile, told "no intention at all" of negotiating or settling
with Apple on patent lawsuits.
