Wachowski and Warner Bros Sued by a writer $300m

Andy and Lana Wachowski, the directors of famous movie Matrix and Warner Bros have been sued by writers. They said that the directors and Warner Bros infringed the copyright of 'The Matrix Reloaded' and 'The Matrix Revolution', and claimed $300 millions, E!online reported.

Thomas Althouse filed a lawsuit in Federal Court for copyright infringement and he represents himself in this case. He complained that he wrote the screenplay ‘The Immortals”, registered and copyrighted it with the US Copyright Office in 1996. He explained that it took time to file this lawsuit to investigate the similarities between his screenplay and the movie.
