CommScope Inc. is a multinational
telecommunications company in United States, since 1976, and it has won a
patent infringement suit over Comba Telecom Systems Holdinds Ltd and its affiliates,
Commscope announced.
This started in 2011 both in China and Brazil. CommScope filed patent infringement lawsuits in China and begun legal proceedings in Brazil against Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Ltd. and its affiliates. “CommScope’s extensive portfolio of patents and intellectual property is the result of years of effort and considerable monetary investment in research and development,” said Randy Crenshaw, executive vice president and chief operating officer in 2011.
