A Chinese company may sue Apple. A Chinese
company called Goophone has claimed to not allow iPhone 5 to enter Chinese
market, if the iphone 5 is similar with GoophoneI5’s design. GooPhone has gone further than making just claims.
According to GizChina, the company has gone so far as to patent the GooPhone
I5's design.

Goophone is a smartphone business of
Shenzhen Shenma Lianzhong e-Commerce. The company was founded in 2011 and has
about 500 employees, according to its website. It also sells a clone of a
Samsung Galaxy smartphone, too. The GooPhone will be running on Android 4.0
Ice Cream Sandwich, with 1GB of RAM, a 4-inch “retina” display with a
resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, and powered by
a 1.4GHz quad-core Tegra processor.
It will be interesting to see Apple’s
reaction if GooPhone really does sue them over the iPhone 5′s design. Here’s a video that compares the GooPhone
