WIPS signed MOU for mutual cooperation with IPOPHL

WIPS specialized in global intellectual property and IPOPHL(Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines) signed MOU for mutual cooperation last 5th Dec.

Through this, WIPS plan to go with IPOPHL for technical innovation and commercialization. 

Rikardo Al Blankalo, commissioner of the Patent and Trademark Office in Philipine and Hyungchil Lee president of WIPS attended this event.

Lee mentioned following plans to provide education program for WGA(Searching service) and for patent investigation which IPOPHL are aimed to.
