For more convenient and easy to use our IP search service WIPS Global Advanced, users will need some help! Here are some frequently asked questions about how to manage users' account information.

Q. Enrolling for WIPS Global Advanced for short period of time (30 days) 

For users who wish to use WIPS’ patent search service for short period of time, 
WIPS Global ADVANCED provides 'Single-IDM' membership system which users can have the service for less expensive charges. Users who have Single-IDM membership, 10,000 points will be given, and can use those points for both download and SDI services. For more information, please refer to the manual for types of membership or contact the customer center below.

Q. Download and Point usage details History 

Users can check the details of download and status history and point usage on 
My Page> Download History, Point Usage History page. The file lists are stored for 3 days from the date when files were created.
