We already expected Apple is going to do
other patent lawsuits against Samsung. On Tuesday, Apple did ask to add another
lawsuit against Jelly Bean, Samsung’s Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet and Google’s Android
4.1 mobile OS. This patent issue is the first one on
Operation System in Samsung Electronics device, and the OS developed by Google.
Apple already won a trial that ended up with the judge Samsung pays $1.05 billion dollars to Apple. It seems Apple will never end these patent battles.
Recently, a journalist Ed Conway who was a former
big fan of Apple, also complained on his blog about Apple's latest iOS6. He posted that he just got a new device made
by Samsung and added Apple's iOS6 is "truly, truly awful."
Seriously, when it will end? WIPS Global
Blog is keeping updating their another round of patent battle.
