For more convenient and easy to use our IP search service WIPS Global Advanced, users will need some help! Here are some frequently asked questions about how to manage users account information.

1. Change password and other user information

Users can change password in My Page after log in, after confirm the current password in My Page>Change my password. For safe use of the service, WIPS recommends to create password as a combination of alphabet letter, number and special symbols for 8~15 letters and to avoid consecutive letters or numbers.

Users also can change contact information as well, email and address in My Page> Change My Info. To protect the personal information, it is required that users confirm the password one more time before changing any user information. However, the users name and ID cannot be changed.

2. User ID and password lost

Click "Forgot your Password" in log-in box and it will move to the page. Enter the ID and email address you have used at the time of enrollment and click 'submit'. Then temporary password will be sent to your email in a few minutes. After using this temporary password, make sure change your password in My Page>Change my password for safe service use.
Please contact the customer service for your lost ID. 

3. Change user ID

User ID cannot be changed after the enrollment. However, users can cancel the previous ID and re-enroll with a new ID. To cancel the membership, users must contact customer service to confirm the users' service period and additional service usage.
