David A Fox, partner at the US intellectual
property law firm Cantor Colburn LLP, had interview to Forbes India and he
commented patent laws.
He mentioned that Apple design of its
smartphone shape (rectangles with rounded corners) and laymen will focus on
Apple design patents and how to figure out their design enough to warrant a
patent. And he also mentioned that Apple will continue their efforts to enforce
its patent against other competitors.
